Virtual Playtime Pals: Dinosaurs
Get ready for some T-rex sized fun! We’ll use our imaginations to travel back to the age of the dinosaurs and become pretend paleontologists, too!
For Show & Share: Show us an item that starts with a D (like dinosaur!). Have this item ready to go at the start of Playtime Pals so that you can show it off to your friends!
Join FCMoD for a special new Early Childhood program… Playtime Pals! Through Show & Share, Imagination Time, and a Dance Party, your child will socialize and have fun with other children in a safe and welcoming virtual environment. Each week has a different theme for maximum fun!
Registration closes 1 hour prior to the program’s start time. Capacity is limited, and registration is first come, first serve.
Please note: that an adult caregiver must be with the participating child for the duration of the program.

Night Skies of Fort Collins
Each week, join us on Facebook Live to learn more about objects and patterns you can see in the night sky! Take a guided interactive tour to identify stars, planets, constellations, and more in the skies over Fort Collins! Afterwards, you’ll be able to go outside for yourself and be a stargazing pro!

Meet the Ukulele Virtual Workshop
Is your ukulele gathering dust in a closet? Looking for a new outlook on the instrument? Join us for a uk-mazing time in a basic introduction in to the Ukulele! Explore the history behind the instrument, discover how to best care for your Uke, and learn chords, strumming patterns, and songs. Uke can do it!
Registration closes August 20. Instruction for this workshop will take place live on Zoom on August 23. All materials and supplies will be available by delivery or pickup before the workshop. We ask that you provide your own Ukulele. Communication regarding delivery or pickup will be sent after registration.
Open to all ages; designed for ages 10+. Younger participants may require parent supervision and assistance.

Chat with the biologists and partners who are working together to bring BFFs back to the prairie. How were BFFs “rediscovered” in 1981? What goes in to captive breeding and picking the best release site? What can YOU do to help save the black-footed ferret? And who is Shep? Tune in to ask these questions, or one of your own!
