Celebrations at Fort Collins Museum of Discovery
We welcome birthday parties, graduation parties, baby showers and more!
Our current celebration package includes a two-hour rental for a private room and complimentary museum entry for 36 guests.
The package is available for $300. Please login with your membership at checkout to receive discounts.
Large parties can book both rooms (available on a first come basis).

We kindly ask that celebrations be booked at least two weeks in advance. To secure your preferred weekend date, we recommend booking at least four weeks ahead. For bookings needed within two weeks, please reach out to us directly at booking@fcmod.org
FCMoD Celebration Experience
- Celebrations can be scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays
- Mornings 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. (9:30 a.m. setup)
- Afternoons 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. (1:30 p.m. setup)
- Dome Shows are available at a special rate of $3 per person. See our show calendar!
- Includes a party host, to help make your event the best it can be.
- Includes admission for 36 individuals. Your celebration room can accommodate up to 36 people.
- We ask for a minimum of one adult per five children.
- Admission is good for the rest of the day at the museum.

We ask that decorations be limited to things that are easily removed. Please, no confetti or glitter. The room is equipped with a modular banquet table, cake/dessert table, gift table, chairs, Bluetooth soundbar, and trash/recycling. You are welcome to bring food for the celebration. No alcohol. With our limited storage, please bring coolers if you need things to stay cold. Please bring all plates, napkins, cups, utensils, table coverings, and other dining needs.
