Ferret Feeding

Visit with FCMoD’s very own live black-footed ferrets, the most endangered mammal in North America!

Join us in the Natural Areas Exhibit to learn about the conservation work being done to return black-footed ferrets to the wild, from the national captive breeding program to new advances in cloning. Meet our black-footed ferrets and watch as our furry friends tear into their weekend meal. Who knows, you just might become BFFs with our BFFs!

Museum admission is not required to attend this program, but the capacity is limited and first-come, first-served.

W.O.L.F. Sanctuary Visit

Join us for a special presentation from the W.O.L.F. Sanctuary of Northern Colorado.

W.O.L.F. (Wolves Offered Life & Friendship) is a non-profit sanctuary that provides help to captive-born wolves and wolf dogs by finding a new placement or providing lifelong refuge. Presenters will talk about a new sanctuary and offer everyone a chance to meet a wolf.

The event is free to the public.

Join us in the Otterbox Digital Dome Theater to experience David Bowie in a whole new light!

FCMoD’s music series has something for everyone – from throwbacks of rock idols to the chart topping hits of today’s artists. The Dome’s 360° state-of-the-art digital projection systems bring these shows to life, while our booming surround sound system will have you hearing your favorite artists like never-before.
