Celebrations at Fort Collins Museum of Discovery
We love hosting parties and are excited to celebrate your special day!
Our current celebration package includes a two-hour rental for a private room and museum admission for the first 25 guests!
Reserve your celebration for just $300.
We recommend booking four weeks out to secure your weekend of choice!
FCMoD Celebration Experience
- Celebrations can be scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays
- Mornings 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. (9:30 a.m. setup; 12 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. cleanup)
- Afternoons 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. (1:30 p.m. setup; 4 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. cleanup)
- Additional guests under the age of 18 receive the group rate of $10 per person.
- Additional guests over the age 18 receive the group rate of $12 per person.
- Children under 2 are free.
- We ask for a minimum of one adult per five children under the age of 15.
- Admission is good for the entire day at the museum.

Your room accommodates up to 30 people and can be decorated with banners, crepe paper, and balloons. We ask that decorations be limited to things that are easily removed. Please, no confetti or glitter. The room is equipped with a modular banquet table, cake/dessert table, gift table, chairs, Bluetooth sound bar/speaker, and trash/recycling.You are welcome to bring food for the celebration. With our limited storage, please bring coolers if you need things to stay cold. Please bring all plates, napkins, cups, utensils, table coverings, and other dining needs.
