Ben Reynolds

President

Ben is a chemistry faculty member at CSU with a background in chemistry and science education. His greatest professional reward is serving as faculty advisor for members of the CSU Chemistry Club. Ben joined the FCMoD Board of Directors in 2019.

Karen Douglas

President-Elect

Karen serves as Associate General Counsel at Otter Products, LLC. She joined the FCMoD Board of Directors in 2022.

Kevin Early

Treasurer

Kevin works at Woodward and serves as Vice President of Finance. He joined the FCMoD Board of Directors in 2022.

Robert Beauchamp

Secretary

Robert is the Program Coordinator for CSU’s Energy Institute. Robert joined the FCMoD Board of Directors in 2019.

Kelly DiMartino

Kelly DiMartino is the City Manager for the City of Fort Collins. She joined the FCMoD Board of Directors in 2018 and fosters strong collaboration between the non-profit partner and the City organization.

Molly McComb Skold

Molly currently serves as Vice President-Marketing and Communications for East Campus Realty, LLC, a Mutual of Omaha subsidiary. She joined the FCMoD Board of Directors in 2019.

Daylan Figgs

Daylan is the Director of Natural Resources for Larimer County. In 2022, Daylan joined the FCMoD Board of Directors.

Alma Vigo-Morales

Alma is President and Co-founder of Diversity Solutions Group, LLC. She joined FCMoD’s Board of Directors in January 2022.
