From birthday parties to corporate retreats, our facility has unique spaces perfect for any occasion. Book a party or graduation in the Learning labs. Inspire your team with a rooftop meeting in the Markley Room. Travel through time with a field trip to the Heritage Courtyard. Celebrations Packages
We welcome birthday parties, graduation parties, baby showers and more! Reserve our learning labs on weekends at a reduced rate for daytime events. Perfect for groups up to 36 people!
School and Group Visits
FCMoD is built for group visits and exploration! From films in the Otterbox Digital Dome Theater to field trips through time at the Heritage Courtyard, we can host groups of up to 180. School groups, youth groups, soccer teams and more – all will find plenty to discover and explore!

Our Spaces
Markley Room (up to 14 people)
The Markley Room is ideal for corporate meetings, conference calls, brainstorm sessions and strategic planning. This bright, naturally lit workspace is perfect for teams of 14 or fewer looking for inspiration. The Markley room features full streaming services, 360-degree views of downtown and the foothills with rooftop access for a breath–taking break time. Features a large TV with HDMI input and dry erase board
15 people max. 2 hour minimum. Corporate Rate: $50 per hour/ $250 per day*

Learning Labs (up to 72 people)
Our Learning Labs feature a retractable wall, so the space is easily configured for groups of all sizes. With hand-washing stations, built-in monitors and garage doors that open onto a patio overlooking Lee Martinez Park, this has been a fan favorite event location since we first opened. Each lab features a television with HDMI Input, Bluetooth soundbar, rolling whiteboard, projector and screen available by request

Otterbox Digital Dome Theater (up to 80 people)
The Otterbox Digital Dome Theater is one of northern Colorado’s most unique venues. With a 360° screen and booming surround sound, you can bring your own presentation or choose from a deep menu of digital film selections. Want to inspire your team with the cosmos gleaming overhead? Looking to screen your first independent film production? We’ve got you covered.
75 people max. 3 hour minimum. Corporate Rate: $250 per hour*
*Includes access to Lobby and Mezzanine
Observation Deck (up to 80 people)
One of Fort Collins most inspiring settings, our rooftop Observation Deck boasts amazing views of the Front Range back to the continental divide with downtown Old Town nestled at your feet.
60 people max. 3 hour minimum. Corporate Rate: $300 per hour*

Exhibits Gallery
For small to mid-size groups looking for inspiration, consider booking time in our iconic gallery! This space is home to our year-round gallery exhibits and features our music zone, live animal encounters and many more thought-provoking exhibits. From professional development to creative writing workshops and drawing classes – this space will inspire your best ideas!
Up to 50 People. 3 hour minimum. Corporate Rate: $500 per hour*
51-100 People. 3 hour minimum. Corporate Rate: $700 per hour*
101-200 People. 5 hour minimum. Corporate Rate: $1100 per hour*

Heritage Courtyard
Located just outside the Center for Creativity at the Carnegie building in Old Town, the Heritage Courtyard provides hands-on exploration into what life was like in northern Colorado life during the 1800s. FCMoD provides guided group tours of the four iconic buildings onsite: the 1858 First Elk Woman & Antoine Janis Cabin, the 1864 Auntie Elizabeth Stone House, the 1882 Franz-Smith Home, and the 1905 Upper Boxelder Creek Schoolhouse.
