Shadow Puppet and Javanese Ballet, plus Javenese Gamelan
This event is taking place at The OtterBox Digital Dome Theater.
Mahabarata Javanese Ballet is a love story and a type of heroic dance. It is a performance about the battle between good and evil, interspersed with romance and laughs in which the good guy becomes the winner.
Shadow Puppet is an ancient form of storytelling and entertainment that uses flat puppets which are held between a source of light and a translucent screen. With the audience facing the back of the screen, a puppeteer can make the figures appear to walk, dance, fight, and laugh. The story is about the fighting between the good guys and the evil guys in which the good guys become the winner.
Javenese Gamelan is an Indonesian Brass Xylophone percussion, and will be featured as well.
