How will I use my digital membership card?
Your digital membership card is unique to your membership and displays your name, membership level, expiration date, and a barcode for us to scan. Simply show your digital membership card to our staff at the Welcome Desk, The Museum Store, or Museum Café to take advantage of your member benefits!
How do I receive my digital membership card?
Digital membership cards will be sent to the primary email address of every active member. You will need to open this email on your mobile device and follow the instructions to download the card. The card will automatically be stored in your phone’s wallet app. Android users may need to install Wallet Passes from the Play Store prior to downloading your card.
How do I add the membership card to my iPhone?
Access the email from your smartphone and click the “Download” button, then click “Add to Wallet” and “Add.” The card will automatically go to your iPhone’s Apple Wallet. It can be accessed in Wallet at any time.

How do I add the membership card to my Android phone?
Android users may be able to load the digital card into their Google Pay app. If not, you will need to download Wallet Passes from Google Play. Access the email from your smartphone and click “Download” in the membership email, and the card will automatically go to your Google Pay app, where it can be accessed at any time. If it does not load into the Google Pay app, please try the Wallet Passes app from the Google Play store.

Will my digital card update when I renew my membership?
Yes! The digital card will automatically update when your membership information changes. For example, your expiration date and membership level will automatically update the next time you renew or upgrade your membership.
If you purchase a new phone, you may need your card resent to you. Please reach out to us if your membership card does not transfer to your new phone at email@example.com.
How will my reciprocal benefits work when visiting other museums?
All FCMoD memberships include free general admission to History Colorado museums and sites, and Wings Over the Rockies.
Digital membership cards display the ASTC logo. Simply show your digital membership card at participating museums to receive free or reduced admission! All membership levels at FCMoD are part of the ASTC Travel Passport Program, which offers free or discounted admission to over 300 museums worldwide, but does exclude museums within a 90-mile radius of each other, therefore the Denver Museum of Nature and Science is excluded.

Family Plus members or Contributing level members can enjoy North American Reciprocal Museum (NARM) benefits which offers *free or discounted admission, discounts in the shop, and discounts on ticketed events with over 1000 museums in North America, but does exclude museums within a 15-mile radius of each other (including those in the Fort Collins and Loveland area).

Will my second cardholder also receive a digital membership card?
Yes, for Dual level and above, each member will receive a unique digital membership card via email. If a membership with two members has only one email address on record, then both digital membership cards will be sent to this email address. Members can use the share feature of the wallet app to ensure that their second cardholder receives the digital membership card.
I am not sure I received my digital card. Can you send it again?
Yes! Please contact us at 970-221-6738 and a Visitor Experience Team member will be able to assist you, or firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can resend the email for you to download your digital membership card. You may also want to check the Junk, Spam, and Unwanted folders of your email.
What if I prefer a physical membership card?
By default, all members will now receive a digital membership card sent to the email address you provide. If you prefer to receive a physical membership card instead, please contact us at 970-221-6738 and a Visitor Experience Team member will be able to assist you, or at email@example.com. You can also indicate your preference to receive a physical membership card as you join or renew your membership.
Can I update the email address(es) associated with my membership?
Yes! Please contact us at 970-221-6738 and a Visitor Experience Team member will be able to assist you, or firstname.lastname@example.org to update your information. Please also review and update your contact information as you renew your membership.
