Open for Spring Break!
We will have special hours this Monday, March 13th, for spring break! Come in and spend some time at the museum between 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Please note that we will return to normal hours Tuesday - Sunday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. on March 21st.

One World, One Sky: Big Bird’s Adventure
Join Big Bird, Elmo, and their friend, Hu Hu Zhu, for a look at the stars. Take an imaginary trip to our Moon, learn how to find the Big Dipper and North Star, and see how we all share the same sky.
Please arrive early. The show will start at 10:30 a.m.

CAPCOM GO: The Apollo Story
What did it take to get humans to the surface of the Moon? What challenges did the engineers, scientists, and astronauts who worked to achieve that goal face? From award-winning producer NSC Creative comes their latest show, an immersive historical documentary that showcases the achievements of the Apollo program and what it took to put the first human on the Moon.
Please arrive early. The show will start at 11:15 a.m.

Music Jam in the Garage!
Come hang out from 2-4PM in our Garage, located back in the Music & Sound Lab full of instruments like a drum set, guitars and amps, keyboard and more! (If you’re looking for the banjo you may have to ask). We’ll have facilitation from youth music providers as well as from our own youth advisory board, the MoD Squad! We hope you learn something new and have a blast playing music with new friends! All skill levels and all ages welcome! Free with museum admission.

Youth Open Mic
Not quite ready for the Teen Open Mic but still want to make some noise?! Join us in the Otterbox Digital Dome Theater from 4-5PM for our Youth Open Mic!
Instruments will be provided, all skill levels are welcome. Youth Music facilitators will be onsite to help you sound your best. Free with museum admission.

Spring Break Teen Open Mic Night
The Teen Open Mic takes over our Otterbox Digital Dome Theater from 5-7PM! Instruments will be provided, all skills levels welcome. Sign up for a time slot and let our Dome visual artist craft real time, audio-reactive visuals for the audience during your performance! FREE to all participants.
