Air support grounded by high winds

Helicopters fighting the blaze have been grounded by high winds. Colorado Emergency Management crews say winds are blowing 30 – 50 miles per hour in the area. A Red Flag Warning for fire danger has been issued for the area of the High Park Fire and large parts of Colorado through 8 p.m. Sunday. More than 55,000 acres have burned with 45% containment. 181 homes have been damaged or destroyed and the firefighting efforts have cost $10.8 million.
